Andrew Snell of Snell Developments Ltd was one of only 449 site managers selected from more than 8,000 UK sites for a Pride in the Job 2026 Quality Award from NHBC, for his work on their 22 home development at Glusburn, North Yorkshire.
The three, four and six-bed homes built by Snell Developments are of outstanding quality and characterised by their natural stone, high specification interiors, Indian stone-flagged patios and stone walling.
He said: “I’m pleased that the consistent high standards of our work have been recognised by the NHBC. I thank my brother and parents as well as our long-standing and loyal staff, whose hard work and attention to detail allow us to maintain our quality reputation and deliver such great homes.”
Silsden-based Snell Developments was founded in 1977. Its developments include Lumb Mill Farm, Glusburn, Moor Lane and Moor Croft in Addingham and St Johns Croft in Cononley.
