NHBC Pride in the Job
We’re pleased to announce that Andrew Snell has won, for a forth year, a prestigious National House Building Council award for the quality of our 13 home site in Silsden, West Yorkshire.
Andrew Snell, aged 43, celebrates his forth Pride in the Job Quality Award as the Cobbydale Way development nears completion with all plots now being sold.
The properties acclaimed by the NHBC consist of two-storey, three and four bed homes built from natural stone with high specification interiors.
Andrew, who works with his parents Philip and Margaret and brother John, was one of only 48 site managers in the Northeast region to be handpicked by the NHBC, which has judged 16,000 builders nationally in the last 12 months.
He said: “I’m pleased that the consistent high standards of our work have been recognised by the NHBC. I thank my brother and parents as well as our long-standing and loyal staff, whose hard work and attention to detail allow us to maintain our quality reputation and deliver such great homes.”
Silsden-based Snell Developments was founded in 1977. Its developments include Lumb Mill Farm, Glusburn, Moor Lane and Moor Croft in Addingham and St Johns Croft in Cononley.
