NHBC Pride in the Job
We’re pleased to announce that Andrew Snell has won, for a fifth year, a prestigious National House Building Council award for the quality of our 13 home site in Silsden, West Yorkshire.
Andrew Snell, aged 46, celebrates his fifth Pride in the Job Quality Award at the Brow Top development in Glusburn.
Andrew Snell of Snell Developments Ltd was one of only 449 site managers selected from more than 8,000 UK sites for a Pride in the Job 2024 Quality Award from NHBC, for his work on their 22 home development at Glusburn, North Yorkshire.
The three, four and six-bed homes built by Snell Developments are of outstanding quality and characterised by their natural stone, high specification interiors, Indian stone-flagged patios and stone walling.
He said: “I’m pleased that the consistent high standards of our work have been recognised by the NHBC. I thank my brother and parents as well as our long-standing and loyal staff, whose hard work and attention to detail allow us to maintain our quality reputation and deliver such great homes.”
Silsden-based Snell Developments was founded in 1977. Its developments include Lumb Mill Farm, Glusburn, Moor Lane and Moor Croft in Addingham and St Johns Croft in Cononley.
