We’re pleased to announce that Andrew Snell has won, for the second year running (2017/2018) a prestigious National House Building Council award for the quality of our 18-home site at Addingham, Ilkley.
Andrew Snell, aged 39, celebrates his second Pride in the Job Quality Award as the first and second phases of the Moor Lane Croft development nears completion.

Phase 2 – ALL SOLD
The properties acclaimed by the NHBC consist of two-storey, three and four-bed homes built from natural stone with high specification interiors, ranging in price from £304,950 to £529,950.
Andrew, who works with his parents Philip and Margaret and brother John, was one of only 48 site managers in the Northeast region to be handpicked by the NHBC, which has judged 16,000 builders nationally in the last 12 months.
He said: “I’m pleased that the consistent high standards of our work have been recognised by the NHBC. I thank my brother and parents as well as our long-standing and loyal staff, whose hard work and attention to detail allow us to maintain our quality reputation and deliver such great homes.”
