We are proud to announce that Andrew Snell, has won for a sixth year the prestigious National House Building Council award for the quality of our homes at the Brow Top site in Glusburn. 

Only three homes on the development remain to be sold.

Andrew, who works with his parents Philip and Margaret and brother John, was one of only 48 site managers in the Northeast region to be handpicked by the NHBC, which has judged 16,000 builders nationally in the last 12 months.

He said: “I’m pleased that the consistent high standards of our work have been recognised by the NHBC. I thank my brother and parents as well as our long-standing and loyal staff, whose hard work and attention to detail allow us to maintain our quality reputation and deliver such great homes.”
